The sweetly fragrant pink flowers of Alsike clover (AKA Alsatian Clover) are open. Alsike is a long established alien species.
Grasses and weeds along wet ditches are dotted with terrestrial Common Amber Snails.
Painted Turtles are on the move, perhaps looking for nest sites.
And Sheep Laurel AKA Lambkill is in flower.
