Today virginia Waterleaf is in flower. The leaves of this species are often marked as if water stained.
The namesake flowers of Starry False Solomon's Seal are open.
And a butterfly, perhaps a Dusted Skipper, posed for pictures. One identifying feature of a Dusted Skipper is its white "eyebrows". Butterfly eyebrows! Who knew?
