The diminutive yellow flowers of Creeping Spearwort are straggling over river cobble looking very much like the buttercup relative that they are.
Hedge Bindweed drapes over thickets and weed patches.
And Tubercled Orchids are poking up in wet meadows and other such seepy places. The pale yellowish-green flowers  of this orchid and the the love of damp grassy places both make it easy to overlook. This is a State listed Threatened or Endangered species.
