6-3 Bittersweet Nightshade

The reflexed purple petals of Bittersweet Nightshade give it a look of speed!
The garden escape Star-of-Bethlehem can be more than a bit invasive. Its long, narrow white petals have a green stripe underneath.
Another escape Blue False Indigo colors riverbanks and gravel bar islands in the West River. The one pictured is in a garden. Wading the river for a picture requires a warmer day!
