Mountain Laurel is at its flowering peak along the West River.
Northern Bush Honeysuckle is tinting thickets yellow.
The reflex petals of Bittersweet Nightshade make it easy to identify.
And the fetid odor of Carrion flower taints weed patches and thickets.
