One of the stinkbugs - perhaps Cosmopepla lintneriana - posed on a leaf as I took a picture. These bugs earn their names by producing volitile aromatic compounds when threatened.
American Germander, AKA Wood Sage, is in flower.
And a Greater Grapevine Looper moth demonstrated the abdominal contortions it maintains while at rest. It will hold this pose all day!
