Among the species flowering today were Lesser Celandine,
Rock Cress,
Red Trillium,
Blue Cohosh
and Trout Lily, AKA Dogtooth Violet.
Queen Bumble Bees (not pictured) were flying and Fiddleheads were at a stage tempting to foragers.
