Showy Tick-trefoil is in flower. I find it along roadsides and in thickets and waste places.
Water Horehound favors wet areas, often ditches.
Purple-headed Sneezeweed is flowering in fields and along roadsides. The bases of its leaves extend down the stem as wings.
A White Chicory blazed among roadside weeds. chicory is usually blue but occasionally pink or white.
